Appellant Diane Britt (Britt) appeals from an order of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas (trial court) denying her Motion for Post-Trial Relief. Britt sought a new trial after the trial court entered judgment against Britt in the amount of $18,950.00 for violating the Zoning Ordinance of Lower Milfred Township (Zoning Ordinance) by operating a trash-hauling business on a parcel of land smaller than the 10 acre minimum required by the Zoning Ordinance. We affirm.
